Raia was born in Canoga Park and grew up in Glendale, CA. She graduated
from California State University of Los Angeles with a B.A. in English.
While there, she began writing plays and had her first one-act, So You
Want to Burgle a House, produced at the 2006 John Lion's New Play
Festival. Since graduating she has written numerous articles for various websites including Extratv.com and Lazoo.org. In 2007, her short play Paper Shuffler was a finalist in the Ashland's Rogue Valley Ten-Minute Plays Festival and was produced at the Future Ten Play Festival. She currently resides in Burbank, CA and is available for parties. |
